Erin Go Bragh! St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner. Time to don your favorite green attire and celebrate being Irish, even if your not! Corn beef, cabbage, and soda bread are probably already on the menu, but what about the drink? Why not try this delicious Grasshopper cocktail.

This version is a drink and a dessert all wrapped into one. Mix one up, pour into our Everyday Straight Tumbler, and top with a cute paper straw.

It’s a twist on the traditional Grasshopper with the addition of ice-cream. You won’t even have to worry about getting pinched for not wearing green with one of these delicious, minty concoctions in your hand. It’s perfect when combined with the Gotisch EF Bold font that is reminiscent of traditional Irish typefaces.

As if it doesn’t sound good already, it tastes like those irresistible mint cookies that pop up for sale around this time of year. Not sure if we can wait until St. Patricks Day to sip on one of these!

St. Patrick’s Day Grasshopper Ice Cream Cocktail

Ingredients

5 Quart Plastic Bucket of Vanilla Ice Cream

3 shots of Creme de Menthe liquor

1 shot of Creme de Cacao liquor

1 shot of Irish Whiskey

Directions

Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together by using two large ice cream paddles or spoons. If desired, top with whipped cream.
