I founded S&C in early 2010 to share my passion for sweet recipes, hosting inspiration and easy ways to add charm to the daily life.

How do you make your mark with Sugar and Charm? 

We try to provide people with charming ideas that leave an impression and inspire them to use in their daily lives.

What item in your home can you not live without?

My MacBook Pro!

What will be your next purchase?

Everything for our yard makeover… trees, faux grass, decomposed granite. Nothing too exciting, ha!

Where do you go for inspiration?

I find the most inspiration when I travel and explore. Also, online, magazines and thrift shops.

Whats the best advice you have ever received?

Keep going no matter what! If you stick with something for 4-5 years, work hard every single day, push through the down times and stay focused you will succeed! People told me this, I did it and it worked.

Best advice for the top hostess:

It’s all in the details! Do most of the work ahead of time and ENJOY the party!

Favorites from Mark and Graham: 

I have too many to pick one!! The two I use everyday are my custom Romeo necklace and my monogrammed robe. For entertaining I adore my copper tray and shot glasses!
