Bonfires, pumpkins patches, apple picking and celebrations at home, it must be fall. We love dinner parties and getting together with friends to celebrate this season.

We’ve rounded up a few tips to make this fall entertaining easy as a sunday morning!

1. Spice things up with a new cocktail recipe: get creative with a new signature drink {you’re welcome to check our Toast To Type category} think along the lines of keeping your guests warm, spiked hot chocolate or a hot toddy. Or glam up and serve a coffee martini in our new martini glasses!

2. Harvest a wonderful guest list: plan in advance and pick a handful of people that will make the evening better and stress free. A top tip: invite your VIP’s to arrive early, it helps you

3. Pick the best date: plan ahead and make sure you’re picking a convenient date for everybody {including yourself!}, if you’re hosting a fall dinner think about a friday evening or a saturday afternoon.

4. Get the autumn colors {and patterns} from classic navy plaid to buffalo check, maybe herringbone. Give your home some autumn touches with prints and monograms.

5. Fresh, seasonal recipes: we shared a few great fall recipes in our last post, using seasonal and fresh ingredients. Dinner shouldn’t be complicated just let the produce shine!

6. Send them home with a gift and a smile: nothing says “Thank you for coming” more than a bottle of cider, homemade cookies or some baked goods. Your guests will love this gesture!

7. Leaves, leaves everywhere: easiest way to decorate? Gather different leaves and use them as part of your decor, make a garland or dip them in gold paint. Use them for the sitting arrangements, you get the idea!
