Resort Style

Resort style is always in the air during the beginning of spring. It has always being linked to wide brimmed hats and lots of chicness but it can represent a packing challenge, here’s some ideas to make this task easy and filled with glam.

Remember to carry on: in your carry-on bag should go one bathing suit, one sundress and your travel size flying basics like moisturizer, sleep mask, hand sanitizer, etc.

Pick a pallet and stick to it: pastels, tonal, or neutral. The easiest way to overpack is to bring every top in every color, lots of prints, etc.

Don’t plan every outfit, just bring shirts and bottoms that will be great together, pieces that can transition from day to night with just a pair of shoes and some accessories like hats and clutches.

Think tunics, they’re easy, neutral, you can dress it up or down. We love this one and this linen dress.

Use travel bags! Instead of throwing everything on your suitcase follow Robin’s {from thedressdecoded.com} advice:

People tend to throw everything in a crammed luggage when heading back home. The Mark & Graham travel bags solve this dilemma by keeping everything in a specific spot so your luggage doesn’t become a free-for-all.
